Returns

You can return products within 14 days of receipt. No explanation needed but the product should be in saleable condition. Note: Custom-made, perishable or personally specific products are non-returnable. Cosmetic products must be unopened.

How to Return

1. Email info@anoukmattoncosmetics.com or send a mail to Jordaenskaai 23 bus 201, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium within the 14-day period.
2. Return in original packaging and a sturdy return box to the above address.
3. We inspect the returns and if conditions are met, refund is processed within 14 days.
